It's a real strategy call. We figure out where you're at, where you want to go, and whether I can actually get you there. If it's a fit, I'll make you an offer and ask you to make a decision. I'll also be straight with you about your timeline, because auditions and the age-out clock are real, and a season you wait is a season you don't get back. What I won't do is run games or push something I don't believe will get you to your line. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you straight and point you somewhere better.

Marching snare drummers (roughly 15–20) who are serious about making a DCI, WGI, college, or competitive high-school line, and who will communicate and show up. It's not for people who want results without doing the reps.

Because most lessons give you feedback once a week, then you're on your own to practice the wrong things until the next one. Here you send video of your hands as often as you want, and I tell you exactly what to fix every time. Players stay stuck because nobody is watching their hands between lessons. That's the gap this closes.

It's a 12-week structured program: sight-read a new page daily, write a grid daily, send videos at least 4 days a week, and a longer "best attempt" of your current etude on Sundays. The students who run the most feedback cycles improve the fastest.
