These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The RDM Playalongs and related tools (the "Service"), operated by Rudimental Drumming Mastery (Anthony Steller) ("RDM," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service gives you access to online practice tools for rudimental drumming, including a playalongs exercise library, a sight-reading generator, and a metronome, along with account features such as favorites, uploads, playlists, presets, practice tracking, and a leaderboard.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Your account is for your personal use. Do not share your login or let others use your subscription. You must give accurate information when you sign up.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
The Service, including the tools, the exercise library, the audio, the generated material, the design, and the RDM name and branding, is owned by Rudimental Drumming Mastery and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own practice while your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership of anything to you.
You keep ownership of the MusicXML files and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant us permission to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of the Service. You confirm that you have the rights to any content you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms it or other users. If your subscription lapses or is canceled, your access to the tools ends, though your saved content may remain associated with your account.
The Service is a practice tool. We are passionate about helping you improve, but we do not guarantee any specific result, such as making a particular drumline or reaching a particular skill level. Your progress depends on your own effort.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or always available.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rudimental Drumming Mastery will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
