Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Rudimental Drumming Mastery ("RDM," "we," "us") collects when you use The RDM Playalongs and related tools (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email anthony@rudimentaldrummingmastery.com.

Who we are

The Service is operated by Rudimental Drumming Mastery (Anthony Steller), based in the United States.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, your name, and a display name and profile photo if you add one. Your password is stored securely by our authentication provider in a hashed form. We never see your actual password.
• Practice activity: how long you spend using each tool, whether audio was playing, the day, and the general device type (desktop, mobile, or web). We use this to power your stats, streaks, and the leaderboard.
• Your content: favorites you save, MusicXML files you upload, playlists you build, and presets you create.
• Payment information: subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status (for example, trialing, active, or canceled).
• Technical information: basic data your browser sends when you use the Service, such as IP address and browser type, handled by our hosting and infrastructure providers.

How we use your information

• To provide the tools and save your account, content, and settings.
• To show your practice stats, streak, badges, and the leaderboard.
• To process your subscription and send you account and billing emails.
• To keep the Service secure and to improve it.

The leaderboard

The leaderboard shows a public ranking by practice time. Other users can see your display name, profile photo, and total time for the selected period. Your detailed practice logs stay private. If you do not want to be identifiable, use a display name that is not your real name.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers that run the Service on our behalf:

• Supabase stores your account, content, and data, and handles login.
• Stripe processes payments. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle card data.
• Our hosting and email providers deliver the site and send account emails.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you logged in and to cache things like your favorites so the tools load quickly. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices and rights

• You can edit your name and photo, and view or change your saved content, at any time in Settings.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• You can request that we delete your account and associated data by emailing anthony@rudimentaldrummingmastery.com.

Age

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service and to subscribe.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data, except where we need to keep limited records for legal, tax, or billing reasons.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
